As a certified trainer and accredited run coach with over a decade of experience, I provide a diverse array of fitness services and training approaches. Over the years, I've cultivated a welcoming environment for individuals with a variety of fitness objectives, offering guidance and tailored support to each one. Beyond mere physical transformation, I specialise in enhancing endurance, building running strength and boosting cardiovascular fitness.

Sutherland & Helensburgh Run Club

Nuff's Fitness run clubs cater to everyone, from walkers to experienced runners, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for those aiming to enhance their running skills and fitness levels. Every month, we tailor our training to your needs and wrap up the month with a group outing to a local 5km parkrun on the last Saturday. Our tradition of post-run coffee after each session is a favourite among the members, making it an awesome way to kickstart the day.

Using state-of-the-art software, I craft a personalised program tailored to your needs, fitting seamlessly into your lifestyle and schedule. This system not only keeps you on track but also offers maximum flexibility. With my guidance, you'll master the intricacies of long-distance running in no time.

My Vision For Nuff's Fitness

I'm Adam, the Head Coach and owner of Nuff's Fitness. In 2011, I embarked on an epic personal journey that led to a 53kg weight loss. Along the way, I discovered the joys of an active lifestyle, particularly through running, with its numerous mental and physical benefits. Based on this, my vision for Nuff's Fitness has always been to help others discover what activities they genuinely enjoy and then to provide a welcoming, all-inclusive environment for them to thrive in. Today, our team boasts four passionate run coaches, serving two physical locations and also offering online coaching for added reach and flexibility. I take great pride in the fact that Nuff's Fitness has not only helped countless individuals run farther and faster, supported many people on fat loss & fitness journeys, but has also fostered lifelong friendships among like-minded individuals.Welcome to our little fitness family​- Coach AK
